While the design was rather simple, the SHFS website ran on a custom CMS. Due to the small hosting server, a proper database was not possible; as a result a flat-file XML system was used for article storage.

Recently I was been tasked with digitizing and cleaning up old cassette tapes for playback as part of their Oral Histories Project.

At the start of 2012, a University of Saskatchewan post-graduate program began a redesign of the site with a storefront for selling their collection of Everett Baker photos. I will retake control of the site for maintenance after this project is completed.
