RASS is built and supported by the Regina North Central Community Association and acts as a centralized database for various services in and around the Regina area of Saskatchewan. The project is preceding an eventual province-wide 211 database.

The site is designed over top of the CIOC search software which is used primarily by several groups across Ontario. This software is restrictive on many aspects of the written HTML, however it does offer some design template functions and external style sheets.

A recent update from CIOC, for which I was a beta tester, added the important viewport meta tag to allow Responsive Web Design for smart phones.
